When do items ship?
We usually ship all paid orders out within 2 business days of payment receipt (holidays and weekends excluded)

Returns
No returns, refunds or exchanges on lingerie items for health and hygiene reasons.
Clothing may be returned within three days of receipt if materially different than described. We do not reimburse return ship fees. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, size issues or computer monitor color variations.

International Orders
We do NOT mark items as "Gifts" on customs forms, nor do we lower the purchase price. This practice violates customs and mail regulations. Please do not ask us to do this...we are honest and expect that our customers are, too!
All internaitonal orders will be shipped with the actual purchase price on the form (shipping fee costs are NOT included)
Buyers are responsible for all customs or duty fees imposed by each specific country. Please check with your country's customs department before placing orders if you have questions concerning customs fees and duty taxes.
